Health and Gender

We address gender-based violence through social and gender norms change reflections, community awareness campaigns, survivor support services, male engagement and Fatherhood programs. We work with local leaders, police, and justice systems to create safer communities for women and girls. Key activities include establishing safe spaces, providing psychosocial support, legal aid services, and economic empowerment opportunities for survivors.

Fidelitas has adapted REAL Fathers, a Fatherhood multi-faceted fatherhood program to improve girls' education,  retention and completion of primary and secondary education. The components include:  1) Vision for my family, 2) My Daughters and Sons, 3) Importance of Education 4) Overcoming obstacles to complete education, 5) Income generation for family dreams, 6) Loving my family, 7) Parenting Adolescents,  8) Adolescent mental health, healing and wellness, 9) Loving and conserving my environment, and 10) Community Building and Father-Daughter sports celebrations

Developing and deploying a mobile data collection and management system to improve track, respond and improve gender, education, legal and health service delivery and monitoring. The platform enables real-time data collection, analysis, and decision-making at local, sub-county, district and National level.
