Fidelitas has adapted REAL Fathers, a Fatherhood multi-faceted fatherhood program to improve girls' education, retention and completion of primary and secondary education. The components include:
1) Vision for my family,

4) Overcoming obstacles to complete education,
5) Income generation for family dreams,
6) Loving my family,
7) Parenting Adolescents,
8) Adolescent mental health, healing and wellness,
9) Loving and conserving my environment, and
10) Community Building and Father-Daughter sports celebrations
